I joined the Transformation Challenge after being inactive for about 2 years (other than walking my dog). My goals were to give myself a kick start to losing weight and to eat healthier. I met with my trainer once a week, who was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable about exercising and nutrition. The studio was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the weekly emails on tips and challenges that was given to us. I highly recommend participating in the challenge. I lost 17 pounds and 4.6% body fat over 8 weeks. I attribute my success to hard work and to the awesome staff at True Conditioning.
