Joining True Conditioning was the best push and motivation I needed to get in shape! I hired Sophie to help keep me motivated and accountable and she did exactly that. Prior to training at True Conditioning I would make every excuse in the book to not go to the gym. Fast forward 3 months and I am training consistently 4 times a week, with a mix of personal training and TRX group fitness classes. My body has changed so much and seeing the results has been extremely motivating. In addition to training, Sophie has helped me improve my diet to feel, look and perform better. Overall the experience has been amazing and it’s change my perspective on exercise as something I love to do vs something I have to or should do.
