What Is TRX Suspension Training?

Use your own body weight and gravity to work every muscle in your body with the help of one simple tool. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

The TRX Suspension Trainer:

  • Delivers a fast, effective total-body workout (Bulleted list)
  • Helps build a rock-solid core
  • Increases muscular endurance
  • Benefits people of all fitness levels (pro athletes to seniors)
  • Can be set-up anywhere (gym, home, hotel or outside)

By utilizing your own bodyweight, the TRX Suspension Trainer provides greater performance and functionality than large exercise machines costing thousands of dollars.

Why Is Suspension And RIP Training Different Than Traditional Exercise?

Traditional weight training often only works one muscle at a time, while Suspension Training focuses on total body strength training, moving through multiple planes of motion and works multiple muscles and joints-all at the same time.

What Happens If I Sign Up For A Class, But Cannot Make It?

Classes must be cancelled 12 hours before the class start time to avoid incurring a $15 cancellation fee for unlimited members. Classes cancelled after the 12 hour mark may be switched for any time (earlier or later) within the same day of the original reservation.

Do I Have To Sign Up In Advance?

We highly recommend that you sign up in advance, as space is limited. You can use MINDBODY; our online reservation system to guarantee a spot in the class.

How Do I Use Mindbody?

MINDBODY is an online scheduling service. You will need to create an account, and you can then access it from any device, computer and register for your TRX class

What Happens If I Am Late For Class?

After 5 minutes, no entry will be allowed into class. If a member has not checked in at the time of class starting, their spot may be relinquished to a member on the waitlist.
If you make it in off the waitlist, you will receive an automatic notification via email and text message. Not confirming this spot within 2 hours of receiving may release this spot to another member on the waitlist.

What Should I Wear?

Please wear athletic clothes and closed toed shoes. And don’t forget to bring a water bottle!

What is the Late Cancellation Policy?

This is just a friendly reminder with our smaller class sizes and an increase in waitlists, that classes must be cancelled 12 hours before the class start time to avoid incurring a $15 cancellation fee, or $20 no show fee for Unlimited Members or a pass credit for Punch Card Holders.

What is the Waitlist Policy?

The waitlist is designed to allow willing and able clients an opportunity to take a fully booked class. Any client that has been added to a waitlist should be willing and able to take the class if a spot becomes available. If a spot opens up, the latest you will be notified is up to 2 hours in advance.

All Clients will be auto-confirmed for their appointment when bumped into class.

If a client is on the waitlist and they are unable to make their workout, it is their responsibility to early cancel their waitlisted appointment more than 8 hours prior to the start of their class. If a client is moved into class off of a waitlist inside of 8 hours, the Late Cancel Policy will apply. If at any point, a client is aware that they cannot make the waitlisted class, they should actively remove themselves from their respective waitlist to avoid a potential late cancelation fee.

Thank you for your cooperation <3

Feeling sick, last minute, but don’t want to get charged for late cancellation?

With the Cold and Flu Season being here we understand you may experience flu or Covid like symptoms. This is just a friendly reminder that our 12 hour cancellation policy will still be in effect.

If you feel the need to cancel class due to feeling ill within the 12 hour window, we please ask you to email us directly and we will remove you from the schedule at no charge.

This being said, we please ask you not to attend class in person for 7-14 days (or before you take a Covid test) and workout virtually instead in order to monitor your symptoms for the health and safety of our community and staff.

Thank you for your understanding!
