In January 2019, I asked my husband what he wanted for his 61st birthday. I was expecting the typical response…gift card or dinner out etc. I was completely caught off-guard when he said “I want us to go to a personal trainer”. So I emailed Sophie Manfredi at True Conditioning, I had participated in the TRX classes in the past and loved them. Sophie introduced us to Kate Balen. We connected with her right away! Kate is patient, encouraging, inspiring and an incredibly knowledgeable trainer. She lives her truth! Kate devised a program and we started
off step by step. Each workout is different and challenging – but not so challenging that you want to give up. You just want to do more. Fast forward six months – by using a combination of TRX and weight training – we are 20+pounds lighter, our core strength and energy has improved
dramatically. We just feel so much better and we are watching our bodies transform right before our eyes. Whether you workout regularly and are looking for a new challenge (TRX is amazing!) or if you are just starting out, the team at True Conditioning are dedicated to helping you fulfill
