My experience at True Conditioning has been inspiring. Participating in personal training has made me stronger and more confident. In addition to losing 2.5% body fat and 9.5 inches over the course of 8 weeks, It has helped me to love my body for what it can do. In the training sessions, Sophie pushed me in ways I would never push myself — she just believed in me and knew I could do more than I thought I could.
