About Me
Aoife Keenan is a Strength Coach and Certified TRX Trainer with a background in athletic performance and over seven years of experience in the fitness industry. Originally from Ireland and a former rugby player, she brings a strong athletic foundation and high energy to every class she leads.
Aoife has worked across studio management, group fitness, and personal training, giving her a well-rounded approach to coaching. She blends performance-based training with a supportive, community-focused environment, helping clients of all levels feel comfortable while still being challenged. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up, she meets you where you’re at and helps you build strength, confidence, and consistency.
She has experience coaching a wide range of clients—from beginners to athletes—and is certified to work with older adults, as well as pre and postnatal clients. Her programming prioritizes both results and safety, ensuring every session is effective and sustainable.
