THE TRUE CONDITIONING

Health + Safety Standard

Your safety and the safety of our staff remains our top priority during these unprecedented times. We are confident that the protocols that we have in place will maintain a safe environment for everyone. We continue to evolve and adapt our measures with the guidelines of our regulatory colleges, the Provincial Health Officer, the BCCDC and WorkSafeBC. You can feel confident that we are taking every precaution to operate safely.

Online classes

Online classes will still be up and running every day of the week, and we will continue to offer high intensity options for those of you working out at home.

Cleaning Standards

Frequent Cleaning

Staff will be required to use top grade disinfectant to thoroughly clean the group fitness are before, and after every class, and frequently throughout the day. This includes all high traffic areas, surfaces, and non-high traffic areas.

Equipment Sanitization

All TRX straps and equipment will be disinfected by staff after each class, even if not used. This includes every part of the TRX straps, all dumbbells (rubber and handles), mini bands, mats, and the surrounding area.

Staff + Member Responsibility

Feel Sick?

If you feel sick or have any symptoms (runny nose, coughing, sneezing, fever or general feelings of being unwell) – please stay home.

Have you Travelled?

If you have travelled, please follow government guidelines and do not return to the studio until it is safe to do so.

The Risk

If you are in a high-risk category or take care of someone who is, we understand that returning to the studio at this time might not be for you. By choosing to attend an in-studio class, even with increased safety measures, you acknowledge and accept the additional risks associated with the global health pandemic COVID-19.

Studio Updates + Final Notes

Updated: Sept 9, 2021
Effective September 13th 2021, by order of the Provincial Health Officer, proof of vaccination will be required to  be collected by businesses in the hospitality sector which includes gyms and fitness studios. Following the new Provincial Health Order, we ask you please upload your vaccine information once via this survey. Once you have uploaded your vaccine passport you will NOT be required to show your vaccine passport or vaccine information to attend a class.

As of August 25, masks are mandatory in common areas of the studio. While working out, masks are recommended if you are not fully vaccinated. These recommendations will be reviewed by Bonnie Henry when vaccine passports are released.

Once again thank you for continued support and patience during these times and we love seeing you back in the studio.

Our community is our biggest priority. We promise to remain diligent during this time to ensure you feel comfortable and safe in our space. As developments continue to be made, we will keep you updated with any further changes and developments.
