Designed to target power, strength, and over all stabilization, TRX Power is your base for functional strength, improved stability, and a rock solid core. The focus of this class will focus on Overloading muscles and working towards muscle “fatigue” and “failure” resulting in a stronger, leaner, more athletic body.
