About Me

Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Coach, Spinning Instructor, and Triathlon Coach for Youth, Camila is passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies, build strength, and embrace fitness as a joyful, sustainable lifestyle.

Camila began her own fitness journey after turning 40, following years of weight gain, low energy, and self-doubt. Like many women, she spent years walking into gyms without a plan, unsure of how to train effectively. Everything changed when she hired a personal trainer who guided her toward movement that felt empowering and enjoyable. That experience sparked a deep love for strength training—and a desire to help other women experience the same transformation.

Since then, Camila has dedicated her career to supporting women—especially in midlife and beyond—to gain strength, confidence, and clarity in their wellness journey. She is a strong advocate for functional training and kettlebell work, and has a gift for making movement feel accessible, effective, and fun.

Currently training for her first Half Ironman, Camila brings real-life experience, dedication, and a compassionate coaching style to everything she does. She believes every woman deserves to feel strong, energized, and proud of what her body can do.
