Definitely not! An all or nothing diet plan, can lead to fast result, but it can slide back just as fast and lead to restrictive/binge eating behaviour. Our transformation challenge is designed to teach you how and what to eat for your body type and fitness goals. Instead of focusing on foods you can’t have, our program is designed from a mix behavioural physchology and nutrition education to help you build healthy habits and make better choices over time while still enjoying sweets in moderation.

At True Conditioning we believe in moderation. because this is not a quick fix program, you can indulge in a drink or two throughout the week while still losing weight.

That being said, for this 8 week challenge, we strongly encourage you to give up or reduce their over alcohol consumption in order for you see just how great you can feel without it. Also by removing or reducing your overall alcohol you will see faster results for fat loss and strength gain.

No. If your goal is fat loss, we will help you implement the carbohydrate timing method to help you optimize fat loss, without feeling restricted. No starchy carb is off limits on the challenge. But that being said we will teach you proper carbohydrate portion control for your specific body type and goals, and as always we will promote carbohydrate options that are more nutrient dense and high in fiber when possible. But that being said you can indulge in bread, cookies and cake in moderation!

In addition to weekly journaling and phone and email support, your coach will revise your food journal and habit checklist each week to provide you with individualised feedback to make sure you stay on the right track. This will not only help you stay accountable but will help you continue to build upon healthy habits over the course of the challenge and beyond.
