Yang/Yin Yoga

Stretch + Yoga

Find fire and peace with Yang/Yin Yoga. For the first half of class, we will flow through our asanas at a moderate pace – building strength and linking movement with breath. Transitioning into the last 30 minutes of class, we will invite calmness into the practice. Holding restorative poses longer to get into the deep tissue. 

Please bring your own mat.
