Spend your Friday evening nourishing your mind and body in a restorative class designed to relax, realign, and rebalance. Yin Yoga includes longer held, therapeutic seated and floor postures, supported by props, to optimize range of motion and energy flow through the joint tissue – while emphasizing hip & lower back health. This Restorative Yin class cultivates inner listening, heightened awareness and intuition, acceptance and compassion. Each class incorporates essential oils and gentle touch/massage to complete this whole body experience.
