Join Coach Kat for an 8 week mobility program designed to help you live and move pain free!

Do you lack mobility or suffer from tightness or restriction in common movements like the squat and shoulder press?

Take control of your body and learn how to correct muscular imbalances, improve your posture, and help prevent injuries in this 8 Week Registered Program.

Learn better body control and reduce pain by improving your nervous system while increasing joint health and longevity.┬á Gain a bigger range of motion and improve joint strength to “bullet proof” (safe guard) your joints to maximize strength and have safer lifts both in and out of the gym!

Class Format:

  • Week 1-4: Focus on shoulders and hips
  • Weeks 5-8 Focus on knees and wrists

Frequently Asked Questions

Before participating, make sure you have the OK from your doctor to return to exercise. Minimum six weeks postpartum.

The instructor will always provide the appropriate modifications if you have DRA and ensure you feel safe and supported.

You should bring a bottle of water, a towel and your baby carrier. For baby you can bring a blanket and don’t forget your diaper bag in case you have to change or feed. Feel free to bring a toy if baby wants to keep busy!

We recommend getting to class at least 5-10 minutes early to get the time to settle in.

You can leave your stroller/car seat at the bottom of the staircase. You are welcome to bring the car seats upstairs to the studio with you if baby is comfortable in it!

No worries! You are encouraged to stop anytime to feed or change.

Your little one will be right next to you during the workout. In front of you on the mat/car seat (or in a jumper/playpen). You will have the option to safely use baby for resistance for some of the exercises.

We will always offer a safe space for you and baby, free of judgment. Babies can have days where their needs seem to be higher and that is totally fine. Take your time!

For safety reasons. We want to avoid the chance of baby getting stepped on or hurt in any other way. If you have a mobile baby but you know he or she would still do great in class, please get in touch with us as we have limited jumpers and playpen space!

If they can walk or crawl around, you have a mobile baby!
