Get ready to step outside your comfort zone, in this registered strength focused class. With the help and guidance of a certified strength coach and assistant in your corner you will learn how to perform fundamental movements like the deadlift, back squat, bench press, along with full body accessory movements to leave you feeling empowered, confident, strong and unstoppable!
