5 Week Series, Beginning Wednesday, January 10th - Wednesday, February 7th.
Enhance your practice with TRX Yoga, led by certified TRX Yoga Instructor, Avital Belkin. Build foundational strength and movement patterns using the TRX Suspension Trainer in a variety of traditional yoga postures. Improve your flexibility, balance and core stability as you stretch, lengthen and flow through this progressive TRX Yoga series. Designed for all levels, TRX Yoga will build your confidence and empower you to get into the yoga posses, that you might thought are not assessable for you otherwise.
Sessions will run every Wednesday evening from 8-9PM.
