What to expect
Your complimentary 45 min TRX orientation will focus on developing basic TRX exercise foundations and training principals through easy to follow progressions so you will feel comfortable and confident before joining our regular group fitness classes.
Because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance, you're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise, making it the perfect training tool for people of all ages and fitness levels.
That being said we are happy to provide you with alternative exercises and modifications based on your current fitness level and injury history.
What to wear
Please come dressed in workout apparel and bring a water bottle!
