Total Body Conditioning
Looking to push your boundaries? Reach your fitness goals by leveraging your body weight to develop strength, burn fat, improve your balance and increase flexibility. This Boot Camp style workout will run you through a variety of TRX strength exercises fused with cardio and strength based intervals to leave you feeling accomplished, sweaty and strong. Mat and Barre
A natural compliment to TRX Training, Mat Pilates emphasizes a balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, awareness, and muscular endurance. Beneficial for beginners and pro athletes alike, Pilates focuses on building core strength, improving core activation and control and corrects alignment to prevent injury from fitness related activities, as well as to relieve tension and boost recovery time from strain or injury.
Meet us at the Barre for a low impact toning workout that helps to develop long lean muscles, improves posture, and enhance flexibility. Get ready to target your glutes, thighs, abs, and arms with small, tiny movements (isometric contractions) designed to isolate and strengthen specific muscles without straining tendons or ligaments. Discover a leaner, stronger, and more confident you.
Reservation, Waitlist & Late Cancellation Policies
- Classes are available on a drop-in basis but are subject to online reservations.
- Classes can be cancelled online-only up to 8 hours in advance of any class without incurring a late charge fee. No-shows and late cancels will result in a loss of a credit or a $15 cancellation fee for monthly membership holders.
- We will have a 3 person wait-list available for registration. With regards to the waitlist, please note that you can be added up to 2 hours prior to the class commencing. This falls into our late cancel time period therefore once you sign up on the waitlist, regular cancellation policies apply. It is your responsibility to confirm or cancel your reservation should a spot open up. If you do not wish to be added from the waitlist you must remove yourself from the waitlist within the 8 hour deadline. If you need any assistance please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

Just a friendly reminder that we ask all our members to arrive 5 minutes early for class. If you are not on time for your class and someone is waiting to get in, your spot may be given away. Please note that if you arrive more than 5 minutes after class has commenced, even if there is room in the class, we will not allow entry into the class.
